A BPM consultancy with deep Appian + RPA + AI process-mining work across BFSI, healthcare, retail, governance — but a 2018 website and a founder who was the only voice on LinkedIn, posting sporadically.
The build
Rebuilt the corporate site around their Appian-led positioning and case studies (banking, insurance, real estate). Editorial content pipeline + LinkedIn cadence powered by founder voice and Claude drafts. Lead capture wired into the same loop.
