Your whole tech setup.
One person.
Built, connected, looked after.
Websites and stores on WordPress, Shopify, or fully custom. Payments, CRM and the integrations that connect them. AI assistants and n8n automations that clear the busywork out of your week. One person to call. A price agreed before we start.
For 18 years I’ve been the person behind the scenes for businesses that need to ship — websites, stores, payments, CRM, the whole setup.
In 2024 I rebuilt how I work. I don’t do less. I do more, across more services, because AI agents and n8n handle the volume while I do the thinking. Same craft, a lot more output.
You don’t need more tools.
You need someone who knows how to use them.
Every coach, founder, and creator I meet has 14 SaaS subscriptions and uses 3% of each one. ChatGPT, HubSpot, Make, Buffer, Notion, Calendly — all paid for, all underused. The bottleneck isn’t access to AI. It’s the skill to wire it together.
“AI doesn’t replace the person. It multiplies the one who knows what to wire together.”
That’s the work. Not buying you more tools — making the tools you already pay for actually do the job. Plus the new ones you should be using. Plus the websites and design and CRM that surround them.
Eleven services. Three tiers.
One person runs them all.
Most people start in Build, move into Run as a retainer, and add Amplifyonce the foundations are solid. Or just pick the one thing you need — that’s fine too. Either way it’s one person to call, and a price agreed before we start.

One person. Agents doing the heavy lifting.
An agency would put five specialists on this and bill you for the coordination between them. I do the thinking and let AI agents handle the volume. You get the output of a team, the price of one person, and one person to call when something needs fixing.
Recent engagements.
Most clients hire me for one service, then expand. Click any card for the full case.
Tools, named. No vague “AI-powered.”
I show my stack on purpose. If you know these tools, we already speak the same language. If not — that’s where AI Enablement starts.

Four phases. Days, not quarters.
Traditional studios take 12 weeks because most of that time is meetings, queues, and handoffs. Agents don’t sit in queues. The build phase compresses 5–7×. What’s left is judgment — which is the part you’re hiring me for.

Notes from the workshop.
The real gap in 2026 isn’t access to AI — it’s the skill to use it. I write about that gap. Real configs, real client problems, real outcomes.
The agent stack reset: what actually matters in late 2026
Three years into the agent gold rush, half the tools we praised in 2024 are gone or irrelevant. Here's the stack I run for clients now, and the four shifts that forced the rewrite.
